Laura Chung
Co-editor
Laura loves cooking, eating, writing and has a passion for travelling. In 2015, used her gap year working in London and exploring Europe. Having caught the travel bug, her next travel destination will be Asia or New Zealand.
She now lives in Sydney where she is studying journalism. Laura has worked at the ABC and various community radio stations. During the Federal election, Laura was involved in a collaboration between UTS and Twitter AU. She dreams of a career as a journalist or television producer.
Tallulah Thompson

Tallulah has always loved writing, and recently moved from Canberra to Sydney to pursue her dream of studying journalism at university. In 2015 she spent several months abroad in Europe, where she picked up the travel bug, and is already planning her next big trip – to New Zealand. Tallulah hopes to break into broadcast journalism, having already gained experience in community radio, as well as with the Australian Radio Network and Southern Cross Austereo. She currently volunteers in the newsroom at 2SER in Sydney, and was involved in a collaboration between UTS and Twitter AU, working as an anchor, location producer and field reporter on polling day.

Rowena Yates
Rowena is in her second year of International Relations and Fine Arts at the Australian National University. As an aspiring photo-journalist, Rowena is passionate about preserving human rights and telling the stories of those that have had their rights taken away. She enjoys live music, road trips, and listening to the sound of rain on a tin roof. Although being a self-confessed realist, Rowena believes that millennials will create a more inclusive and fair world and can’t wait to be a part of it. Rowena is currently undertaking an internship with RAW Artists, is the art sub-editor at Demos Journal in Canberra, and is at the forefront of RY Blog.

Kaiya Johnson
Originally from the sunny Gold Coast, Kaiya Johnson moved to Sydney at the tender age of 18 to pursue a career in fashion. Her career began as she walked through the doors of FBI Fashion College as an excited young student, a month later, Kaiya was offered a job at the prestigious College. Further down the track and Kaiya has now worked with companies such as Bec & Bridge, Marie Claire Magazine and Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia and is gearing up for her first international work trip to Paris.

Annabel Schweikert
Annabel is a self-proclaimed “beauty addict” currently studying a double-major in Journalism and Public Communication at UTS. She has a passion for researching and trialling new trends in makeup, skincare and hair. During her studies, she hopes to gain experience writing and editing for the beauty and fashion industries. She has a keen interest in Astrology and Yoga.

Jonah Waterhouse
Having finished school in Sydney in 2015, Jonah studies Journalism and Public Communications at UTS and is a self-confessed fashion fanatic, interning at Harper's Bazaar, ELLE and Cosmopolitan on his days off from uni. He loves cardio, day-sleeping, Diptyque candles, 90's supermodels, looking at clothes he can't afford on the Internet, and any form of mind-numbing reality television that any intellectual would ardently disapprove of.

Adella Beaini
Currently in her second year, Adella is studying Journalism and International Studies at UTS. She has interned previously at Fairfax in the parenting section, Essential Baby and Essential Kids, as well as at Goodfood. Adella is currently working with Rose Pengelly, who has over 12 years’ experience working with top brands, to produce content for Modus Liberty. This involves collaborating with social media influencers, public figures, and magazine editors such as Vogue, to find out more about real women with a fashion, wellness and beauty focus. In her spare time, Adella likes everything fashion, photography, and browsing Pinterest for some daily inspo.

Mikayla Spicer
Mikayla grew up in rural NSW and moved to Sydney for university. She loves herbal tea, reading and listening to music. She likes soundtracks, a capella and alternative music. Mikayla is currently studying Journalism and Creative Intelligence and Innovation at UTS.

Venetia grew up in Sydney being home-schooled and traveling with her family. She loves anything to do with writing, painting, and traveling. She is currently studying Communications and International Studies at UTS and spends her spare time judging different types of tea, reading, and trying to become a better feminist.

Manoli Luxford
Manoli is a Sydney-based aspiring journalist who is currently studying Communications and International Studies at UTS. His interests include: languages, travel, music, entertainment, Eurovision and sport. He took part as a reporter for Twitter AU during the 2016 Federal election, as well as reporting on matches for the Redfern All Blacks Koori Rugby League Knockout Comp 2016.

Veronica O'Mara
Veronica is a second year student studying Advanced Science at UNSW Sydney, majoring in Genetics & Molecular Biology. She comes from Tamworth and spent a year in England and Europe travelling and working before starting university. She plans on doing a Masters in Genetic Counselling next. Veronica is passionate about pretty much anything she starts to think about - whether that be feminism, politics, human right, education or health. Veronica runs a Mental Health Awareness website called Story of the Mind where she shares personal stories and interviews advocates and services who are working to remove the stigma around getting help for our heads.
